| Send Documents Address | Application as per requisite format alongwith self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications as mentioned documents below in Para 4 duly attested and Work Experience will be submitted to OIC ECHS Cell, Stn HO Patiala by 12 Nov 2024 at 1400 hrs. Any application received after 1400 hrs on 12 Nov 2024 will not be accepted. |
| Interview Date & Time | Tentative date of interview is 27 Nov 2024, however firm date will be intimated later by e-mail and telephonically. Candidate must reach ECHS Cell Stn HQ Patiala at 0845 hrs on the date of interview which will be held between 0900h to 1500h. Candidate must bring all the original certificates/mark sheets/degree of Matric/Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma/Degree, Valid Regn Cert. Work experience, Computer Course/Diploma and Discharge book, PPO, Service Particulars, Affidavit regarding rendering service after retirement from Armed Forces, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, NOC from the Present employer if applicable, Medical fitness certificate duly signed by CMO of Civil Govt Hospital/SEMO of Military Hospital and 02 PP size colour photographs at the lime of interview |
