1. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਫ਼ਾਫ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ “ਚਪੜਾਸੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ” ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ
2. ਚਪੜਾਸੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਨਿਮਨਲਿਖਤ ਅਨੁਸੂਚੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ
3. ਚਪੜਾਸੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਸਲ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣ।
4. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10.00 ਵਜੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਹਸਤਾਖਰਿਤ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
