| 01 | Medical Officer Rs. 50/- per Patient attended with minimum assured guarantee of 50 Patients per day | MBBS from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India Candidates should have registered with Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi up to Matric standard. Age: up to 64 years• Applicants to bring self attested copies with original certificates of Registration PMC, Matriculation Certificate and other documents including experience certificate if any. |
| 02 | Pharmacist Rs. 12 per patient attended with minimum assured guarantee of 50 patients per day | B. Pharmacy Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy from recognised Institute/University• Should be registered as Pharmacist with the Punjab Pharmacy Council.• Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric Standard. Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed Govt. Hospital or Institution or in a Govt. Drug store Age: upto 37 years |
