01	Manager	Degree in Mining Engineering and min 5 yrs experience OR Diploma in Mining Engineering and min 15 yrs experience
02	Assistant Manager	Degree in Mining Engineering and min 1 year experience OR Diploma in Mining Engineering and min 10 yrs experience OR Matriculation or equivalent examination passed from a government-recognized board with a 1st or 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency and min 12 yrs experience
03	Surveyor	Diploma in Survey Engineering and min 1 year experience OR Matriculation or equivalent examination passed with a DGMS Certified Surveyor’s Certificate and min 5 years experience
04	Overman	Diploma in Mining Engineering and 1 year experience OR Matriculation or Equivalent Examination passed with Overman’s Certificate of Competency and min 5 years experience
05	Mining Sirdar	Matriculation with Diploma in Mining Engineering and min 1 year experience
