New Punjab Roadways Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

01	DRIVER	The candidate should have passed Middle standard. The candidate should have passed Middle standard with Punjabi as a subject. The candidate should have valid 5 years old Heavy Driving license as on the date of filing the application. The candidate should have atleast 5 years’ experience of driving heavy motor vehicles. The candidate’s age should be between 25 to 45 years for General category and relaxation in age for SC/BC will be as per Punjab Government norms.
02	CONDUCTOR	The candidate should have passed Matriculation with second division or should have passed Senior Secondary Part-II Examination from a recognized Institution. The candidate should have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a subject. The candidate should have valid Conductor license as on the due date of filing the application. The candidate should have valid certificate in First-Aid from a recognized Agency or Authority empowered by The Punjab Government in this behalf. The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 37 years for General category and relaxation in age for SC/ BC will be as per Punjab Government norms.

2. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਭਾਗ-1 ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ

ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ: –

1. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਭਾਗ-1 ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ 45% ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਲਈ 1 ਮੈਰਿਟ ਅੰਕ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਵਿੱਚ 46% ਅੰਕ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 1 ਮੈਰਿਟ ਅੰਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੇ 70% ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 25. ਮੈਰਿਟ ਅੰਕ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਕੱਢੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮੈਰਿਟ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਣਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅੰਕ ਜੋੜ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਜਮਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਕੱਢੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
2. ਸਟੇਟ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਅੰਡਰਟੇਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਮੈਨਪਾਵਰ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
3. ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੇਬਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਉਜਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਿਹਨਤਾਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ DC ਰੇਟ
4. ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਮੈਨਪਾਵਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ 8 ਘੰਟੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਭੱਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਓਵਰਟਾਈਮ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
5. ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਹਫਤਾਵਾਰੀ ਆਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹਨ
6. ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਤਰ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਫਾਰਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਹੈ,ਜਾਅਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੋਧਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ
7. ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਅੰਡਰਟੇਕਿੰਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਲੈਕਲਿਸਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
8. ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੋਸਟ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਊਟਸੋਰਸਿੰਗ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ।
