General Instructions for all Candidates for Trainers (Yoga)

1. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. A candidate who has passed Senior Secondary/10+2 Examination from Govt. recognized education board and has obtained Diploma in Yoga Sciences or equivalent or Higher Qualification is eligible to apply for the post of Trainer(Yoga).
3. The appointment will be made for an initial period of one year extendable further, subject to half-yearly performance report.
4. The candidates who have submitted applications by hand or by post and found eligible after scrutiny will be informed through University website for Interview.
5. The Candidates must have to bring hard copy of filled application form and all original educational qualifications and Experience document (along with a set of self-attested photocopies) before the Selection Committee on the Date of Interview.
6. The candidates are advised to visit University Website i.e. www.graupunjab.org regularly for further updates.
7. The short listing of the candidates will be based on the criteria set by the University.
8. The date/schedule of interview will be conveyed later to the candidates who are found eligible for the Post of Trainers (Yoga) by email or through university website
9. The candidates already working on the regular basis in any college, institution or University shall have to apply through proper channel and enclose “No Objection Certificate” from the employer, stating that in case of their selection, they will be allowed to join the said post.
10. One set of self-attested Photocopies of all the relevant Certificates/documents right from the Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth.
