Applications, along with photocopies of educational qualifications, service experience, or other relevant documents and two photographs (all duly attested by a Gazetted Officer), should be sent to the Principal Secretary, Water Resources, Room No. 607, 6th Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat-2, Sector-9A, Chandigarh before the last date. Every candidate must also submit a self-declaration stating that no Departmental or judicial proceedings are pending against him.
