1. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸਾਰਣੀ ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ https://sangrur.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/ ‘ਤੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ/ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ।
2. ਮਿਤੀ 08.05.2026 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਹ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਡਾਕ ਦੇਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਗਲਤ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
3. ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਗਏ ਜਾਂ ਅਧੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਸਰਸਰੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
4. ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਜਾਂ ਘਟ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
5. ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਰੱਦ/ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਹ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
6. ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ
7. ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਪੀ ਨੱਥੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
8. ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਟੀ.ਏ./ਡੀ.ਏ. ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
